1. Reservation Deposits, Refunds & Cancellations

    A deposit of 1st night's unit rental is required to confirm reservations (packages: $100 non-refundable, excludes holiday & special event dates where a higher non-refundable deposit may apply). Balance due upon arrival in cash or credit card (VS, MC, DS only)-no personal checks. Reservation deposits are non-transferrable & apply to last night of stay. No refunds due to weather or early departure. All reservations subject to 15.5%service fee (subject to change) as required & contracted by condo-unit registrant. Children 16 & under stay free with occupying adult (excludes packages where package increments are reserved). All reservation cancellations or unit-type downgrades made with hotel 3 weeks (21 days) PRIOR to reserved arrival date will incur 25% service fee of 1st night's room rate with deposit balance refunded. For reservation cancellations occurring WITHIN 3 weeks (21 days) of reserved arrival date, initial deposit will be subject to full forfeit. Dates of stay may not be reduced upon check-in. No AAA/AARP discounts.

  2. Hotel Check-in & Check-out Policies

    Each registered guest must present photo ID matching credit card at check-in (must be at least 21 to register). Reserved condo-units held until 12:00 AM midnight (packages 8:00 PM) on arrival date & cancelled unless "late arrival" is reserved with hotel. Upon any such occurrence, reservation will be deemed a "no show" with unit re-sold & deposit forfeited. A $200 deposit will be accepted in lieu of credit card which will be refunded upon check-out after unit inspection qualifies no hotel damages. All hotel room accounts are payable IN FULL on arrival and NO REFUNDS are permissible on early departures. No personal checks permitted on arrival or within 21 days of reserved arrival date. Pre-reserved dates of stay may not be reduced upon check-in. Accommodations have been reserved per your initial reservation request and are not subject to reduction within 21 days of your arrival date. Any date reductions within 21 days of reserved arrival date or downgrades to your reservation unit type will incur a service change fee of 25% of 1st nights deposit. Check-in time BETWEEN 3:00-5:00 PM daily as condo-units are cleared by Housekeeping Dept (please present hotel confirmation on arrival); check-out BEFORE 11:00 AM.

  3. Room Rate Pricing

    Advertised rates subject to change without notice with hotel occupancies & apply to reservations accepted by hotel 21 days in advance of reserved arrival date, excludes holidays & special events (2 or 3-night minimum may apply). Three-night minimum required in July & August. Room rates include a base number of adults as advertised. Additional adults over base are charged at $12.00 daily plus service fee (excludes packages).

    All rates posted on website and in brochure are for advance reservations. Rates do not apply to groups, conventions, national holidays or local event periods. Misrepresentation voids reservation. All reservations are subject to confirmation and are subject to strikes, failure of guests to vacate or causes or conditions beyond our control. Changes in reservations are subject to additional fees and current rates. Date changes may void original reservation. No hotel discounts permissible to include military, AAA or AARP.

  4. Package Rate Pricing

    All package rates are based on double occupancy in unit-types D, D2 & GN only. For an upgraded unit-type, a daily surcharge will apply. Rates do not include children. Service fees & gratuities are additional. Advance reservations required & availability limited. No ticket substitutions or exchanges permitted. Package inclusions are subject to change based on availability & hotel cannot be held responsible for the availability of specific restaurants or activities. Hotel reserves the right to change, cancel or sell-out packages without notice. Beach Creek Platinum Ticket applies to dinner before 6:00 PM or credit toward À-la-carte menu guest billing.

  5. New Jersey Clean Air Act

    Entire facility is SMOKE & PET FREE. Any in-unit smoking "of any kind" detected by hotel personnel during your stay or any pet brought into the hotel will result in a $250 cleaning surcharge fee in neutralizing smoking/pet odors & allergens in your unit as contracted at time of registration.

  6. Free Night Promotion

    BOGO FREE NIGHT STAY promotion is based on "buy one night, get second night free" for select periods of Apr. 30 thru May 12, 2010 & Oct. 4-14, 2010 (excludes holidays) & is subject to availability & hotel close-out. Some restrictions apply. Call for details.

  7. No Minimum Stay Promotion

    "No minimum stay" promotion subject to hotel unit type availability and management discretion on less than 3-night minimum reservation policy. Weekends may be unavailable. Call for details.

  8. Hotel Parking>

    As El Coronado is a condominium hotel with each unit individually owned, a single parking space is allotted to each registering unit. Under sold-out conditions, all available on-site parking will be utilized. For those guests with multiple vehicles, El Coronado can issue only a "single" parking permit at check-in. Alternate vehicles for your unit must be parked on the street at your own risk in legal metered and non-metered street parking.

    Hotel parking is limited on-site and subject to 1 car per room or suite. No on-site parking is permitted for oversized vehicles

    Any unauthorized parking(to include more than one permissible vehicle per occupied unit) may subject vehicle owner to towing at owner's sole expense. Parking on-site is at vehicle owner's sole risk and hotel assumes no responsibility whatsoever for damages to guests cars while parked at the hotel. Additional "street" parking (metered & without fee) is available on streets surrounding hotel facility

    FREE POOLSIDE MUSIC, BARBEQUES AND MOVIES SUBJECT TO DAILY WEATHER CONDITIONS AND MAY BE CANCELLED TO PROMOTE SAFE CONDITIONS FOR GUESTS AND HOTEL STAFF.
