Deposits: Deposits are now required by credit card at the time of reservation. We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover. A deposit of at least one night's rental is required to confirm reservations. Package reservations require a $100.00 deposit. The balance of ALL reservations is due upon arrival. We no longer accept personal checks for deposits. Any changes to a reservation (room type or date) will be subject to a 25% service fee. This service fee is 25% of the original deposit amount. Deposits are non-transferable.
Payment: Balance is due upon arrival and is payable in cash, travelers checks, money order, certified check, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Personal/business checks will not be accepted at check in.
Rates: Rates apply to advance reservations only. Rates are subject to change
without notice.
Cancellations: All cancellations made up to three weeks prior to reservations arrival date are subject to a 25% service fee. Cancellations made less then 3 weeks prior to reservations arrival date will result in full forfeiture of required deposit. No refunds due to weather or early check out.
Stay: Dates of stay may not be shortened upon check in. Accommodations are held for the dates of your reservations and you are responsible for the entire stay. Changes must be made 3 weeks prior to dates of arrival. Children 16 and under stay free. Extra adult charge $12 per night. Cribs available upon request and at an additional charge. Sorry, we do not accommodate pets.
Terms: All reservations are subject to a 15% service fee. All units are individually owned and the owners have contracted for housekeeping and maintenance service. Service may not be refused in order to ensure the owners units are maintained and serviced properly.
